Fall 2026 MetFix Boise Assessments Summary

Fall 2026 MetFix Boise Assessments Summary

Congratulations to everyone at MetFix Boise!

Since our Fitness Training from 7/6/26 to 9/12/26, we have had improvements in our Overall Fitness and Health.

We had 63 Individual Category Level Up’s (compared to 82 in Summer 2026) among 23 of us who had established Overall Fitness Levels prior (and during these 2 weeks), who took part in the Assessments this go around (29 in Summer 2026).

We re-assessed these 8 Categories as a group from 9/14/26 to 9/25/26:
Deadlift
Upper Body Push
Upper/Lower Endurance
Squat Endurance
Kettlebell
Flexibility
Running
Aerobic Power Intervals

We had an average of 2.739 Individual Category Level Up’s per person (compared to 2.828 in our Summer 2026 Assessments).

We had Overall Level Promotions and Establishments for:

Sheila K., Yellow (Established)

We had RED ELITE Level Achievement(s) for:

With everyone’s levels averaged, our Gym Avatar Overall Fitness Level as of 9/26/26 is Orange II, lower than it was as of 7/2/26 (Orange III).

Our Relative Strength (Strength to Bodyweight ratio) went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Objective (Absolute) Strength is the same at Blue II.
Our Electricity (Central Nervous System ability) is the same at Blue.
Our Plumbing (Cellular Fueling) went down from Blue to Orange III.
Our Ventilation (Oxygen and Breathing) is the same at Blue.

Our average of 2.739 Individual Category Level Up’s (out of 8) per person might have been higher if some of us were able to make it all 12 days to attempt to re-Assess the 8 Categories (family or work trips, sicknesses, etc.).

Since 7/2/26, we as a whole went up in 1 of the 15, down in 3 of the 15, and stayed the same in 12 of the 15 categories on the Level MAP.

Our Front Squat is the same at Blue.
Our Upper Body Pull is the same at Orange III.
Our Lactic Tolerance went down from Orange III to Orange II.
Our Deadlift is the same at Blue II.

Our Flexibility went up from Blue II to Blue III.
Our Running is the same at Blue I.
Our Rowing is the same at Blue.
Our Aerobic Power Intervals is the same at Blue.

We assessed 8 Categories over 2 weeks (12 days).

The decline and stagnation in the Categories were due to the leaving and coming of Teammates, and the subsequent Assessments of new Teammates who have joined us since 7/2/26, and/or who are still working on completing all Assessments of the 15 Categories.

Our Summer 2026 Training centered on General Physical Preparedness Training to create a Broad, General, and Inclusive Fitness in the gym, for us to handle the Unknown and Unknowable outside the gym.

We completed a Girl Benchmark Workout 1 week, then a Hero Benchmark Workout the following week, alternating, throughout the 10 weeks. These Benchmark Workouts are great measures of our Fitness and insightful correlates to our Health metrics over time.

Single-Modality Days included doing only these on certain days:
1. Monostructural/Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance and Stamina [M]
2. Gymnastics (Strength) [G]
3. Weightlifting (Strength) [W]

Couplet Days included combinations of the above, for example: MG, or MW, or WG, etc. in all kinds of time durations, from Short, to Medium, to Long.

Triplet Days included combinations of the above, for example: MGW, or GWM, or WMG, etc. in all kinds of time durations, from Short, to Medium, to Long.

We are looking forward to the next 10 weeks of training (9/28/26 to 12/5/26):
Lift, Carry, and/or Throw an average of 4 times/week
*Variation of a Clean and/or Snatch every week*

Variation of Squat, Hip Hinge, Overhead Load, Upper Body Pull/Push at least 1 time/week

Extra Credit/Cool-down section of the day:

Winter 2026 Assessments will be from 12/7/26 to 12/18/26, assessing:
Front Squat
Upper Body Pull
Lactic Tolerance
Weightlifting
Rings
Neurological and Core Endurance
Rowing

See you in class!
